Privacy Policy
How information is collected and used on this site, and the choices you have — including your rights under the CCPA.
Effective date: October 1, 2026
1. Who we are
This site (studio-contact.com) is operated by Studio Contact LLC, a New York limited liability company, 100 Bogart St, Brooklyn, NY 11206, USA (EIN 81-3498210). Questions about privacy: contact@studio-contact.com.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us: the name, email address, project type and message you submit through the contact form.
- Information collected automatically: with your consent, standard analytics data (pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser, referring source) via the tools listed below. IP address is anonymized in Google Analytics.
We do not sell products on this site and do not collect payment card details here.
3. How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and discuss a possible project;
- To perform and administer any project you go on to commission;
- To meet tax and accounting obligations;
- With your consent, to measure how people find and use the site;
- To establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers acting on our behalf:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — website hosting and email infrastructure;
- inFakt Sp. z o.o. — accounting/invoicing;
- Google LLC — Google Analytics, only after you consent;
- the operator of TGTracker (api.tgtracker.io) — campaign-source measurement;
- legal counsel, where necessary to handle a claim.
Form submissions go directly to a private studio inbox; we do not run a newsletter or mailing-list service. [Fill in the full legal name of the entity that operates TGTracker.]
5. Cookies & tracking
Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your consent choice; they are always on.
Google Analytics (Google LLC) is loaded only after you choose "Accept all" in the banner, with IP anonymization enabled.
TGTracker (api.tgtracker.io) is embedded on the home page to identify which campaign a visitor arrived from and to measure advertising performance. It runs when the home page loads. You can block it with your browser settings, a private window, or a tracker-blocking extension, and you can opt out as described in the CCPA section below.
6. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access to or deletion of it, to correct it, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, the use of third-party analytics and advertising cookies (such as those above) may be considered "sharing" or a "sale" under California law.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
To opt out, use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link (here and in the footer). Selecting it — or choosing "Essential only" in the cookie banner — stops analytics and advertising cookies from being set on this browser. You can also email contact@studio-contact.com with the subject "CCPA Request" to exercise any of your rights. We will verify and respond within the timeframes required by law.
7. How long we keep it
Inquiry messages are kept until the matter is concluded and then for up to 24 months. Records tied to a project or to tax obligations are kept for the period required by applicable law. Analytics data is retained according to the tool's settings.
8. Security
We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on the inbox.
9. Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13; we do not knowingly collect their information.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; the current version always lives at this address.
